Subject to the limitations outlined below, Altitude Composites, LLC warrants that any bicycle repair performed at its Littleton, Colorado facility will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the life of the frame.

This warranty is void if the repaired area is altered, serviced, or modified by anyone other than Altitude Composites, LLC, or if the bicycle is not properly maintained in safe working condition after the repair.

Warranty Coverage
Altitude Composites’ sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion and expense, to either:

1. Repair the defective part;
2. Provide an equivalent replacement part; or
3. Refund the purchase price of the repair if neither option above is available.

The remedies described above constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altitude Composites, LLC, on behalf of itself, its members, employees, and agents, disclaims any and all liability for losses or expenses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Altitude Composites, LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Altitude Composites shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or death arising from personal, commercial, or industrial use of the bicycle following repair.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the bicycle or affected component must be returned to Altitude Composites, LLC, prepaid and properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Customers are encouraged to insure the shipment or use a carrier that provides tracking. Liability for loss or damage transfers to Altitude Composites, LLC only upon receipt of the returned item.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
