FAQs

What is a typical turn around time for a repair?

Our turnaround time is typically 10-14 days. If you need your repair completed sooner, we will do our very best to get it done within that time frame. Ask about our expedite service in which we can have your repair completed within 24-72 hours.

Do you offer expedited repairs?

Yes we do! Our first tier expedited service is an additional $100. Your repair will be completed within 3 days. Our second tier expedite is an additional $150. Your repair will be completed within 24 hours. We want to be sure your repair is completed with precision so please note, depending on the severity of the damage, we may not be able to offer our expedite service.

Do you provide paint services?

We do not currently offer paint services. Our repairs are however, sealed with an epoxy clear coat. This will protect the area from UV and the elements.

How much does a repair cost?

Getting your carbon frame repaired is much less expensive than purchasing new or getting a crash replacement. Repairs typically range between $300 - $400 depending on location and extent of damage. If you have more than one area to be repaired, the additional areas typically run between $50 - 150.

How strong is a repaired frame?

Once a repair is completed, it is as strong if not stronger than factory new.

Is there anything you do not repair?

We will not repair wheels, front forks, handlebars, head tubes,  and any other damage we feel is not safe to repair or beyond economical repair.

Can you x-ray, ultrasound or scan an entire bike?

We do not offer those services at this time.
